NORVIN racing special motorcycle. Vincent HRD 1000cc V twin engine, engine no. F10AB/1/2241 mated to a Quaife gearbox fitted into a featherbed frame. Engine has been rebuilt to a very high standard for racing and is gas flowed and running on 36mm Amal carburettors. It is believed to date from 1949. The rolling chassis has also been rebuilt and consists of a featherbed frame that has been powder coated, Frame no. 53169. Both front and back wheels have been rebuilt with new rims. The front forks are 38mm Ceriani legs in Marzocchi yokes with twin discs and Lockheed racing calipers. This motorcycle has been part of a private collection for many years and needs recommissioning
